acid.milch&honig is pop, punk, electro, RAVE.

Peter Licht and GLEICHZEITIG sometimes Egotronic in a duet with H.P. Baxxter, but in some moments also Helge Schneider on ecstasy.

Acid doesn’t think much of conventions. And if the song about the end of capitalism didn’t already exist, he would have written it. Acid has taught squatters to rave, pulled sticks out of arses and made bums shake.

Enough is what bangs, creaks, hurts, touches, moves and picks you up. Acid has something to say. And thank God Acid has something to say. He has the heart on his tongue and the rave in his heart.

One with the freaks, in a society that is often cold, merciless, ignorant and stagnant, eating itself up in self-pity, envy and frustration. It ignores and even defames everything that is colourful, wild and different. acid.milch&honig observes this often devastating madness, which is accepted as the status quo. Only to then shred it and triumphantly rave it into the ground.

In the end, you can only make the best of many things and try to find your own happiness and turn things around for the better. Don’t hide away, but raise your fist to the sky and LIVE.

Because, “In a thousand years, all that will remain of your city is cold dust!” (“White City”).

It’s time for this crazy mix of raw, unflinching and unagitated energy. It’s wild, it’s colourful, it has charm and in some places it bangs so hard that it makes your ears prick up. Or as Klaus Fiehe from WDR 1LIVE sums it up so beautifully:
