On one of the last days before the school holidays, something happens between six-year-old Armand and Jon, who is the same age. What exactly remains unclear. However, the incident seems so serious to the school management that the parents of the two boys are called in. But the conversation between single parent Elisabeth and Jon’s parents Sarah and Anders quickly escalates. In their search for the truth, everyone involved gets caught up in a maelstrom of vanity, jealousy and desire.

The film takes a razor-sharp and satirical look at the parents’ evening disguised as a peaceful exchange to find the truth. The film mercilessly exposes the Scandinavian values supposedly practised at school as a construct of false loyalty and malice.
